Vireo Flatware

A silverware design for Designboom that draws on the classic purity of silver, yet provides a progressive, fresh perspective. The utensils have a classic overall form, but are detailed with a precision enabled only by today's high-tolerance manufacturing methods.

The natural, polished finish highlights the beauty of the material. The thin, linear elements give a lightness and ephemeral quality to the flatware while handled and a unique, dappled shadow at rest.
